About These Promotional Terms

These Promotional Terms apply to our Lucky Sale, newsletter first-order discount, free shipping offers, promotional codes, and other promotional benefits we make available through our website. By participating in or redeeming any promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Lucky Sale – Spend $200 and Save $20

When your qualifying merchandise subtotal reaches $200, you may receive $20 off eligible merchandise sitewide.

• You must reach the $200 qualifying threshold within a single order.
• Separate orders cannot be combined to meet the $200 requirement.
• Shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the qualifying threshold.
• The promotion applies to eligible merchandise across our website unless we expressly state otherwise.
• The $20 discount applies once per qualifying order and cannot be divided across multiple orders.
• If products are removed or cancelled and your qualifying merchandise subtotal falls below $200, we may remove the promotional discount.
• If your order reaches the higher $300 promotional tier, the $60 discount will apply instead of the $20 discount.
• The $20 and $60 Lucky Sale discounts are not cumulative.
• Unless we expressly state otherwise, the promotion cannot be combined with another merchandise discount or promotional code.
• You may still qualify for free shipping if your final qualifying merchandise subtotal meets the applicable free shipping threshold.
• The promotional benefit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

The final discount displayed during checkout determines the promotional benefit applicable to your order.

2. Lucky Sale – Spend $300 and Save $60

When your qualifying merchandise subtotal reaches $300, you may receive $60 off eligible merchandise sitewide. This represents a maximum Lucky Sale saving of 20% at the $300 qualifying level.

• You must reach the $300 qualifying threshold within a single order.
• Separate orders cannot be combined to meet the $300 requirement.
• Shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the qualifying threshold.
• The $60 discount replaces the $20 discount available at the $200 tier.
• The two Lucky Sale discounts are not cumulative. An eligible $300 order receives $60 off, not $80 off.
• Unless we expressly provide another promotional tier, spending more than $300 does not increase the Lucky Sale discount beyond $60.
• If products are removed or cancelled and your qualifying subtotal falls below $300 but remains at least $200, we may recalculate your order using the $20 discount tier.
• If your qualifying subtotal falls below $200, your order may cease to qualify for either Lucky Sale discount.
• Unless we expressly state otherwise, this promotion cannot be combined with another merchandise discount or promotional code.
• You may still qualify for free shipping if your final qualifying merchandise subtotal meets the applicable free shipping threshold.
• The promotional benefit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

3. Lucky Sale Discount Tiers

Our Lucky Sale operates as a spending-based tiered promotion.

• Spend $200 – Save $20
• Spend $300 – Save $60
• The highest eligible tier replaces the lower tier.
• The two discounts cannot be added together.
• An order reaching $300 receives $60 off rather than $20 plus $60.
• An order below $200 does not qualify for either Lucky Sale tier.
• Eligibility is determined using the qualifying merchandise subtotal recognized by our checkout system.

The phrase “Up to 20% Off Sitewide” refers to the maximum promotional value available under the Lucky Sale tiers and does not mean every order automatically receives 20% off.

4. Newsletter Subscription – 10% Off First Order

After subscribing to our newsletter, you receive 10% off your first eligible order.

• This offer is available for your first eligible purchase with us.
• You must successfully subscribe using a valid email address.
• The offer is limited to one redemption per customer and one redemption per email address.
• You may not use multiple email addresses, customer accounts, names, payment methods, or other information solely to obtain the first-order discount more than once.
• If we provide a promotional code, you must enter and successfully apply it before completing checkout.
• We generally cannot apply the discount retroactively after your order has been submitted.
• The discount applies only to eligible merchandise unless we expressly state otherwise.
• Shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs fees, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges are excluded from the discount.
• The discount has no independent cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
• Unless we expressly state otherwise, the Newsletter 10% First-Order Discount cannot be combined with a Lucky Sale discount or another merchandise promotion.
• You may still qualify for free shipping if your final qualifying merchandise subtotal meets the applicable shipping threshold.

Subscribing to our newsletter does not provide a recurring 10% discount. The offer applies only to your first eligible order.

5. Free U.S. Shipping on Orders of $160 or More

When your qualifying merchandise subtotal reaches $160, you receive free standard shipping to an eligible U.S. delivery address.

• You must reach the $160 threshold within a single order.
• Separate orders cannot be combined to meet the free shipping requirement.
• Shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the $160 threshold.
• Free shipping applies only to eligible shipping services and delivery addresses.
• Expedited, express, priority, oversized, remote-area, or other special delivery services may require an additional charge.
• If an applicable discount reduces your qualifying merchandise subtotal below $160, your order no longer qualifies for free standard shipping.
• The final shipping method and shipping charge displayed during checkout determine the shipping benefit applicable to your order.

6. Free Shipping to Supported European Regions on Orders of $260 or More

When your qualifying merchandise subtotal reaches $260, you receive free standard shipping to a supported European destination.

• You must reach the $260 threshold within a single order.
• Separate orders cannot be combined to meet the free shipping requirement.
• Shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs charges, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the $260 threshold.
• Free shipping applies only to supported European destinations and standard shipping.
• Certain remote areas or destinations subject to additional carrier requirements may be excluded.
• Expedited, express, priority, oversized, or special-handling delivery may require an additional charge.
• If an applicable promotional discount reduces your qualifying merchandise subtotal below $260, your order no longer qualifies for free standard shipping.

Free shipping to supported European regions does not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, customs clearance fees, or other government or carrier-imposed charges unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Combining Promotions

Unless we expressly state otherwise, only one merchandise discount may be applied to an order.

• The $20 and $60 Lucky Sale discounts cannot be combined with each other.
• The Newsletter 10% First-Order Discount cannot normally be combined with a Lucky Sale discount.
• Multiple percentage, fixed-value, or promotional codes cannot normally be stacked.
• You may not split, combine, restructure, or manipulate transactions solely to circumvent promotional restrictions.
• Free shipping may be combined with an eligible merchandise discount if your final qualifying merchandise subtotal continues to satisfy the applicable shipping threshold.

If more than one merchandise promotion could apply, our checkout system will determine the eligible promotional benefit applicable to your order.

8. Higher Lucky Sale Tier Takes Priority

If your order qualifies for more than one Lucky Sale tier, the highest eligible tier will apply.

• A qualifying subtotal from $200 up to, but not including, $300 may receive $20 off.
• A qualifying subtotal of $300 or more may receive $60 off.
• The discounts do not accumulate.
• Spending more than $300 does not automatically increase the discount beyond $60 unless we expressly offer another tier.
• If your qualifying order value changes before fulfillment, we may recalculate the applicable tier.

9. How We Calculate Promotional Thresholds

Unless we expressly state otherwise, promotional eligibility is determined using the qualifying merchandise subtotal recognized by our checkout system.

The following amounts do not normally count toward Lucky Sale or free shipping thresholds:

• Shipping charges.
• Sales taxes.
• VAT.
• Import duties.
• Customs fees.
• Gift cards.
• Brokerage charges.
• Payment-related fees.
• Other non-merchandise charges.

Lucky Sale eligibility is generally determined using your qualifying merchandise subtotal before the Lucky Sale discount itself is deducted.

Where another merchandise discount applies, we may determine eligibility using the merchandise subtotal after that applicable discount has been applied.

The final subtotal, discount, and shipping charge shown during checkout determine the benefits applicable to your order.

10. Free Shipping After Discounts

Receiving a merchandise discount may affect your free shipping eligibility.

If your order exceeds the applicable free shipping threshold before a discount is applied but falls to or below the threshold afterward, free shipping may no longer be available.

• Eligible U.S. orders must maintain a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $160 or more where free shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts.
• Orders to supported European destinations must maintain a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $260 or more where free shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts.

You should review the final shipping charge before completing checkout.

11. First-Order Discount Eligibility

Our Newsletter 10% First-Order Discount is intended for genuine first-order purchases.

We may determine that you are not eligible for another first-order discount if our records reasonably indicate that you have previously completed an order using:

• The same email address.
• The same customer account.
• The same billing information.
• The same shipping information.
• The same payment information.
• Other information reasonably indicating a previous purchase with us.

Changing minor details in your customer information does not create eligibility for another first-order discount.

12. Newsletter Promotion Misuse

You may not attempt to obtain our Newsletter 10% First-Order Discount repeatedly by:

• Registering multiple email addresses.
• Creating multiple customer accounts.
• Repeatedly subscribing and unsubscribing from our newsletter.
• Using variations of the same customer information.
• Using different payment methods solely to appear as a new customer.
• Using another person's information solely to obtain an additional first-order discount.
• Using automated or other methods intended to bypass the one-time redemption restriction.

If we reasonably determine that a promotional benefit has been misused, we may invalidate the discount or cancel the affected order.

13. Promotional Codes

Where we provide a promotional code, you are responsible for correctly entering and successfully applying it before completing checkout.

A promotional code may not work if:

• The code has expired or is no longer active.
• The redemption limit has been reached.
• You have already used a single-use code.
• You do not meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
• Your order does not satisfy the required purchase threshold.
• Your order contains excluded merchandise.
• Another incompatible promotion is already applied.
• The code has been altered, duplicated, or obtained through an unauthorized source.

If you complete checkout without successfully applying an eligible promotional code, we are not normally required to apply the discount retroactively.

14. Returns on Lucky Sale Orders

Products purchased through our Lucky Sale remain subject to our applicable Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.

When you return merchandise purchased with a Lucky Sale discount:

• Your refund will generally be based on the amount actually paid after the promotional discount.
• The order-level discount may be allocated proportionally among the qualifying products.
• The $20 or $60 promotional value does not have separate refundable cash value.
• Returning merchandise may cause your retained order to fall into a lower promotional tier.
• Where permitted by applicable law and our published policies, we may recalculate the promotional discount based on the merchandise you ultimately retain.

15. Partial Returns and Lucky Sale Recalculation

If you return part of an order that received a Lucky Sale discount, your retained merchandise may no longer satisfy the original promotional threshold.

Where permitted by applicable law and our published return policies:

• An order originally receiving $60 offmay be recalculated to $20 offif the retained qualifying merchandise subtotal remains at least $200 but falls below $300.
• If your retained qualifying merchandise subtotal falls below $200, your order may cease to qualify for either Lucky Sale discount.
• Your refund may reflect the revised promotional benefit applicable to the merchandise you retain.
• Your refund will not exceed the amount actually paid for the returned merchandise.

16. Returns on Newsletter Discount Orders

If you return merchandise purchased using our Newsletter 10% First-Order Discount:

• Your refund will generally be calculated using the amount actually paid after the 10% discount.
• The promotional discount itself has no separate refundable cash value.
• Returning your first order does not automatically restore or reissue the promotional code.
• We are not normally required to transfer the first-order promotion to a subsequent purchase.
• Any statutory refund rights available to you remain unaffected.

17. Returns Affecting Free Shipping

If a partial return reduces the remaining merchandise subtotal below the free standard shipping threshold, we will not retroactively charge or deduct the original standard shipping fee from the refund. Refunds are calculated using the amount actually paid for the returned items, subject to applicable consumer rights.

18. Order Cancellations

If you cancel an order that used a promotional benefit, the same promotion or promotional code may not automatically become available again.

Whether a promotional benefit can be reused depends on its redemption status, availability, eligibility requirements, and other applicable conditions.

Cancellation does not guarantee that the same:

• Product price.
• Lucky Sale discount.
• Newsletter discount.
• Promotional code.
• Free shipping benefit.
• Product availability.

will remain available when you place another order.

Any replacement order is subject to the promotional conditions available when the new order is submitted.

19. Product Cancellations and Adjustments

If we are unable to fulfill one or more products in your order, cancellation or adjustment of those products may affect the promotional benefits applied to your remaining order.

Where permitted by applicable law:

• We may recalculate your qualifying merchandise subtotal.
• We may recalculate your Lucky Sale tier.
• We may recalculate free shipping eligibility.

20. Currency Conversion

If we display prices in currencies other than U.S. dollars, promotional and free shipping thresholds may be converted into a supported local currency.

Exchange rates, currency conversion systems, payment processors, and rounding may result in minor differences between displayed amounts.

We determine promotional eligibility using the amount recognized by our checkout system when you submit your order.

Minor differences caused by currency conversion do not create eligibility where the applicable promotional threshold has not been satisfied.

21. Taxes, Duties, and Other Charges

Unless we expressly state otherwise, promotional discounts and free shipping offers do not reduce or eliminate:

• Have no independent cash value.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot normally be sold or transferred.
• Cannot be converted into store credit solely because they were not used.
• Do not entitle you to receive the monetary value of an unused promotional benefit.

27. Additional Promotional Conditions

We may provide additional conditions for individual promotions through banners, promotional emails, newsletter messages, promotional codes, product pages, carts, landing pages, or checkout notices.

If specific conditions provided with an individual promotion conflict with these general Promotional Terms, the specific conditions applicable to that promotion will control to the extent of the conflict.

28. Changes to These Promotional Terms

We may update these Promotional Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our promotions, website functionality, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The version available on our website when you submit an eligible order will generally apply to that order.
